The 272 apartments on the estate have sweeping views of
the lagoon and sea or the mountains, and many also front onto
fairways and greens. The indigenous fynbos surrounding the
estate and golf course is home to wildlife, such as tortoises
and Duiker and also abounds in a variety of bird life.
The first residents moved into Goose Valley in 1996,
which has subsequently developed into one of Plettenberg Bays
most attractive residential estates.
Apart from the eighteen hole golf
course, other amenities at Goose Valley include a restaurant
and pro shop,
situated at the clubhouse, and two tennis courts and a squash
court. Residents also have direct access to the lagoon, where
boats can be moored during holiday season.
